This project focused on evaluating the baby care market through a sustainability lens to identify key attributes parents prioritize and uncover greenwashing risks. Insights guided brand positioning and marketing strategies for a new sustainable baby brand from Johnson & Johnson.
This project explores the competitive landscape and consumer perceptions of sustainability in the baby care market to support the launch of a new Johnson & Johnson sustainable baby brand, Vivvi & Bloom (launched in July 2022). My consulting team analyzed key product attributes, greenwashing concerns, and parent priorities through research and community listening. Based on findings, my team defined essential sustainability attributes, developed brand positioning, and created a marketing plan to effectively communicate these elements and differentiate the brand in a crowded marketplace.
